If you open Windows Explorer in Windows 7, you can right click on its icon in the taskbar and bring up its jump list. You will see 'frequent' folder locations as well as locations you've already 'pinned.' If a folder you would like to be pin is not appearing the frequent list, navigate via 'Computer' to its folder location. Right-Click and drag the intended folder to the taskbar until you see 'pin to Windows Explorer.'

Offline Files Sync When File Server Changes
If you use the offline files feature in windows to synchronize files from a remote file server/location to the local disk, there is an issue if the remote location changes. Windows for some reason continues to try to sync to the old location but generates a failure warning, while successfully syncing from the new location. Turning off and back on offline file mode does not solve the issue.
You need to re-initialize the offline files cache and database:
